5- ALKALEEN POWDER:

Heavy duty alkaline cleaners powder used to remove fatty acid oil and oxidized oil resid ues from boilers, condensers, heat eschangers and engine parts

6- DESCALING LIQUID:

Is designed for rapid and thorough cleaning of heat transfere surfaces by chemically rem – oving rust and water scales. lt is a nonvolatile liquid compounded of liquid acid, inhibitours and wetting agents. In addition SCALES CLEANOL is inhibited against attack on all me – tals except aluminum, zinc and Magnesium and specially formulated for carbon, steel fire, tube and water tube boilers, condensers, superheaters, economizers, evaporators, steam and water lines.

7- DESCALING  POWDER :

Water soluble powder which dissolves water scales and rust deposits in heat exchangers, air cionditinning and similar equipments. Lt is also effective in descaling oil wells and indu – strial water wells. Lt is a safe acid compounded of dry acid, inhibitor and wetting agent.

Mineral oil product combined with wetting agents and water displacing surfactants which adhesive to the metal surfaces forming a protective shield

COOLING WATER TREATMENT:

1- BRONITE:

It is a corrosion inhibitor for closed heating or cooling systems. Lt is a nonchromate liquid

2-COOL ANTI SCALE:

It is a liquid preventing formation of scales in closed as well as opened cooling system

3-COOL ANTI ALGAE:

Chemical compound against algae and micro – organism, for cooling towers as well as opened cooling system.lt is highly active as oxygent scavenger for the dissolved oxygent in water of cooling towers and opened cooling systems.

BOILER WATER TREATMENT:

1- ONE SHOT:

Liquid chemical compound added to the feeding water of boilers to prevent scale format – ion and accumulation of salts on internal sides of boilers and water pipes by absorbing dissolved oxygen content of water. For low and medium pressure boilers

2- ONE SHOT H

Liquid chemical compound designed for boiler water treatment to prevent scale formation in boilers and water pipes containing on oxygen scavenger based on hydrazine. For high pressure boilers.

الإستخدام:

أ - يستخدم في إزالة الشحومات والزيوت من علي الأسطح المعدنية 

 

ب - يستخدم في تنظيف الخذانات والتانكات وتفتيت الصدأ

 

ج - يستخدم في تفتيت وإزالة المواد الكربونية المترسبة علي أجزاء المحركات بدون التأثير عليها 

طريقة الإستخدام:

أ - يخلط بنسبة 1 : 3 أجزاء ماء في حالة تنظيف الأسطح المعدنية وأجزاء المحركات

 

عند درجة حرارة 60 : 70 درجة مؤية مع التقليب المستمر أو الحركة من وقت لأخر

 

ب - يخلط بنسبة 1 : 4 أجزاء ماء في حالة  تنظيف الخزانات والتانكات وتفتيت الصدأ 

 مع التقليب المستمر عند درجة حرارة 60 : 70 درجة مؤية

أ- براميل بلاستيك 200 كيلو جرام

ب - جراكن بلاستيك 20 كيلو جرام
